  • Working principle and process Crystallization process

    The materials enter the crystallization kettle
    Start the stirring device to keep the material flowing evenly
    Start the jacket or coil cooling
    The material temperature gradually decreases → reaching a supersaturated state
    Crystal formation begins → crystal growth and convergence
    After reaching the target particle size, discharge and centrifugal separation are carried out
    Clean or proceed to the next batch of crystallization
