    A horizontal crystallization kettle is a device used to bring solutions to a supersaturated state and promote crystallization. Compared with a vertical crystallization kettle, it has:



    Larger heat exchange area (horizontal layout, higher cooling efficiency)

    The residence time of the crystal is more stable

    It is more suitable for materials that are prone to sedimentation of crystals or have high requirements for stirring

  • Working process of horizontal crystallization reactor

    The materials are fed into the horizontal reactor body
    Start stirring to keep the solution uniform
    Start jacket cooling or coil cooling
    The temperature gradually decreases → the solution enters a supersaturated state
    Nucleus formation → crystal growth
    After reaching the target particle size, the crystal slurry is discharged
    Enter the centrifuge for dehydration
    The mother liquor can be returned to the system for further processing
