  • What is Forced circulation evaporation crystallization?

    The Forced Circulation Evaporation Crystallization System is designed for continuous concentration and crystallization of materials with high viscosity, high scaling tendency, or easy crystallization characteristics.
    This model provides a stable evaporation capacity of 10 tons per hour (10T/H) and is especially suitable for the production of potassium sulfate (K₂SO₄) crystals.
    All product-contact surfaces are manufactured from SUS316L stainless steel, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance and long service life in chemical and fertilizer applications.

  • Working principle

    The system uses a high-efficiency circulation pump to force the material to flow at high speed through a heat exchanger and into a separator/crystallizer.
    Under vacuum or atmospheric conditions, the solvent continuously evaporates, increasing the solute concentration until crystallization occurs.
    The generated crystals are then separated through a solid–liquid separation device.
